“My great passion is transformation. Keep moving, continuously developing myself, and creating a sustainable future.”

After many years and various positions in the field of environmental engineering, I decided to take the next step in my career and studied process and chemical engineering. I worked in small to international organizations, from product development to project management, thereby built and expanded my expertise and experience over the years.

Especially, leading international and cross-functional teams was an immense, inspiring, and insightful experience, because it showed me the hidden challenges in collaboration and team dynamics. This sparked my passion for further development in team dynamics, leadership and team development, and cultural collaboration.

To gain further international experience in this area, I decided to do an MBA in Australia. I wanted to experience the culture and people abroad and learn how they understand leadership, team and organizational development. When the opportunity arose to move to the US, I took the chance and started my own business in Chicago and refined my expertise in leadership and team development. Because of my personal experience on what organizations need to create a successful transformation, my work is based on both theory and practice.

I support leaders, teams, and organizations to make their transformation a successful journey. I enable them to be aware of their individual strengths and develop collective capabilities. My vision is to co-create and design a sustainable future with curiosity and openness, structure and flexibility, energy and calmness, innovation and creativity, joy and fun.

I look forward to supporting you, your team and your organisation as an enabler and sparring partner on the path to personal growth, exceptional leadership, and team performance.

Something Personal

Thanks to my Italian roots, I developed a cultural competence from an early age. I experienced first-hand what it means when people with different cultural backgrounds meet and what this adds to the dynamics of relationship building. A respectful, open interaction and appreciation for other perspectives have become important values in my life.

Today, I live with my husband and our cat in Frankfurt, a city with an international flair that suits us perfectly. In my free time, I enjoy travelling, exploring new cultures and diversity, or keeping fit with golf and skiing.
